Summer Workout!
Ready to start getting in shape for next shredding season? I've spent a bit of time searching around attempting to find a good summer training plan. Most of what I have found are your normal workouts: push ups, crunches yada yada. You could just do those but jumping, and building calf strength is very important. P90x has a great plyometric workout video which would be good to do a couple times a week, and of course there is Insanity, my personal favorite. BUT if you don't want to go through the time and effort of getting these this link I found to be very helpful.
