Another Edit

Here is yet another edit. This one has a nice mix of snowboarding and skating. Hey, it's summer, and I think skating, surfing,and wake-boarding can all be included in this blog. Well, here you go!

As a snowboarder, one of my favorite things to do in my spare-time besides watching edits is to look at photography. I stumbled upon this rad site the other day with some crazy shots. Here are some, but you can check out some others right here.

Japan

Believe it or not, Japan has some of the best riding around. It is something that most people don't think of when they think of back-country shredding. Japan, with it's high northern mountains, gets more snow then Colorado. I would kill to get the chance to hit those slopes up.

Summer Workout!

Ready to start getting in shape for next shredding season? I've spent a bit of time searching around attempting to find a good summer training plan. Most of what I have found are your normal workouts: push ups, crunches yada yada. You could just do those but jumping, and building calf strength is very important. P90x has a great plyometric workout video which would be good to do a couple times a week, and of course there is Insanity, my personal favorite. BUT if you don't want to go through the time and effort of getting these this link I found to be very helpful.
